MJH E-News - September 4, 2014   Tayler Peel Blood Drive Friday, September 5, at Lonestar Elementary is the Blood Drive for Tayler Peel (by appointment only – go to giveblood.org Sponsor Code BVT3 or call Andrea Terna at Lone Star 588-6100)   Veteran's Day Celebration at MJH We need a parent to help Co-Coordinate with the Veteran's Day Celebration at MJH.  If you can help, please email mjhptomailbox@gmail.com as soon as possible or to get more details.   MJH Yearbook 2014-2015 Our yearbook photographer's can’t be everywhere, so if you’ve got great photos of school events, please share your photos.  The link below gives all the information needed.  Please email Ms. Dickson prior to uploading your photos at ldickson@misd.org Balfour   Yearbooks can be purchased at http://www.balfour.com.  Yearbooks are sold at $50.  Yearbook ads are sold for $25.  Check or cash are accepted in the MJH front office for yearbooks and yearbook ad sales.   Box Tops Hello, MJHS Students & Parents, Welcome to the new school year!   For the first time ever, MJHS will be participating in the Box Tops for Education program.  Woo hoo!  Box tops can be turned in at the front office.  PLEASE read the attached letter for important details. October 4th MISD Education Foundation Kick-off Dinner Friday October 10 is the deadline for Boxtops to be turned in for the fall; next deadline February 6th October 24 is the Fall Dance – PTO sponsored November 11 is Veteran’s Day-choir will perform as will Belles, Band, and Junior ROTC (other groups too) December 11th is Teacher’s Holiday Luncheon MIS Shopping Extravaganza Montgomery Shopping Extravaganza presented by Montgomery Intermediate School.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 1, 2014 9:00am - 4:00pm at Lake Conroe KOA.  Join us for a fun day of shopping, just in time for the holiday season! We have more than 50 unique vendor booths offering home accessories, jewelry, clothing, children’s accessories, food, and much more!  $5 admission fee.  Proceeds from the event will benefit Montgomery Intermediate School.
