The Gold B Football Team fought hard last night against a tough Bear Branch Football team 19-0.  The Team played very well and is getting better each game.  The offensive and defensive lines both played their best games of the season.
7th Grade Gold A Team
The Gold A Football Team played a great game. After being down 6 to 0, they fought hard to come back to tie 6 to 6.  The game went back and forth the rest of the night.  We fell a little short in the end losing 18 to 13.  However, the boys played well and can be proud of their effort.
7th Grade Purple Football Teams
The 7th Grade Purple football teams traveled to Magnolia Tuesday to face off against the Bulldogs of Magnolia Jr. High.  Both teams played hard but were unsuccessful at muzzling Magnolia.  The purple team will host Willow Wood next Monday, October 20th.  Come out and support your Bears.  Keep working hard and good luck!
8th Grade Purple Football Teams
The Bear Purple Teams hosted the Magnolia Bulldogs last night.  The Bears A and B teams fought hard but came up short.  Keep playing hard and improving Purple Team.

Congratulations to the 8th grade Lady Bears who got 3rd place out of 16 teams this Saturday at the Sam Rayburn Volleyball Tournament in Bryan, TX. The girls played their hearts out and really came together as a team. I am so proud of all of you!!! - Coach Inman
The 7th Grade Lady Bears competed in the Rayburn volleyball tournament this past Saturday. In the first match, the ladies took on SFA. The Bears controlled the game, winning the match. In the second match, the Lady Bears faced AMCMS. The Bears fell behind in the first game, but fought hard to come back to win the second. In the third game, the Bears hustled for every point. Working as a team, the ladies finished the match strong, bringing home another victory. In the third match of the day, the Lady Bears took on Rayburn. This match also went to three, with the Bears pulling out the victory. With this third win, the Lady Bears moved on to compete in the championship game against Knox. Working as a team, playing with heart, and having fun... The Lady Bears won the championship bringing home the 1st place trophy for Montgomery Junior High. WAY TO GO LADY BEARS! Coach Davidson
