MJH Parents,
With our sports, band and junior belle afterschool practice going on, we know the car rider line is long and timely. Please be patient with us for the first couple of weeks while this is happening . The congestion and long lines will dissolve once tryouts are completed and practices level out .

RYAN - Mission Possible T-shirt Fundraiser!  

Let's show our support Montgomery Jr High 8th grader, Ryan Logan!! Please order your RYAN- Mission Possible t-shirt ($20) BY Sunday, August 30th and wear to school on FRIDAY, Sept. 25th!!!  Ryan has an AVM and had surgery on July 7th but had hemorrhaging.   Ryan is now in therapy at TIRR in the Med Center.

Saving "box tops" and "bonus box tops" coupons not only brings in money for MJH but it can also put cold hard cash in your pocket as well!  The first drawing for box tops prizes will be held around the first week in November. Grand prize is a $20 bill! Other prizes include a $10 McDonalds gift card and ice cream from the MJH cafeteria.   So get out the scissors!  Box tops can be turned in at any time by dropping them in the box located in the MJH front office.  For more important details (including an easy way to get MJH five free box tops), please see the attached two flyers.  Thanks!

A HUGE Thank You goes out to all of our awesome Back to School Volunteers! Many of you helped with Schedule Pick-up, the Back to School Breakfast AND passed out new schedules on the first day. Thanks so much for your help! Look for other Volunteer Opportunities in the next few weeks.
MISD requires that all volunteers complete both a Volunteer Services Form and an Authorization for Background Information Form annually. Please  to print the paperwork. Completed forms may be turned in to the front office on any MISD campus. If you have multiple children in the district, you only have to complete the paperwork once this year to be covered on all campuses.
